StunStar 계정과 관련 데이터는 게임 안에서 직접 삭제할 수 있습니다.
게임 안에서 삭제하기
- StunStar를 실행합니다.
- 오른쪽 위 메뉴(≡) → 약관을 엽니다.
- 아래의 계정 삭제를 누르고, 확인 창에서 삭제를 누릅니다.
삭제가 끝나면 게임이 처음 상태로 다시 시작됩니다.
삭제되는 데이터
- 게임 계정(플레이어 ID)과 계정 연동 정보
- 클라우드에 저장된 게임 진행 데이터와 보상 기록
- 주간 랭킹 기록
- 기기에 저장된 게임 데이터
서버 운영 기록(플레이어 ID 없이, IP 일부를 가린 형태)은 최대 30일 보관 후 삭제되며, 그 밖의 보관 기간은 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다.
게임을 실행할 수 없는 경우
앱을 지웠거나 실행할 수 없다면 sjm3labs@gmail.com로 삭제를 요청해 주세요. 게임 안 메뉴 → 약관에 표시되는 플레이어 ID를 함께 보내 주시면 더 빠르게 처리됩니다. 요청은 확인 후 30일 이내에 처리합니다.
Delete your StunStar account
You can delete your StunStar account and its data yourself, in the game.
In the game
- Open StunStar.
- Tap the menu (≡) at the top right, then Terms.
- Tap Delete account at the bottom, then Delete to confirm.
Once it is done, the game starts again from the beginning.
What is deleted
- Your game account (player ID) and any linked sign-in
- Your game progress and reward records saved in the cloud
- Your weekly ranking records
- The game data on your device
Server operating records (without your player ID, IP addresses only in part) are kept for up to 30 days and then deleted; anything else is kept only as the privacy policy says.
If you cannot open the game
If you have removed the app or cannot open it, email sjm3labs@gmail.com to ask for deletion. Including your player ID, shown in the game under Menu → Terms, helps us find your account. Requests are handled within 30 days.
